Ahmad Clay Escolar, or ACE as he is fondly called, is a real estate broker based in Cebu City. Having grown up in a nurturing rural community in Bogo City, he appreciates the social element of urban planning. Having worked as executive assistant in Bogo City and as Deputy PENRO in the Province of Cebu, he sees the mutual relationship between people and urban development. He sees that the metropolis is the extension of the collective lifestyle, practices, and aspirations of its people. He believes that these social ticks drive the urban development in the same way that the urban development shapes the lives the people residing in it.

Ace is member of the Philippine Bar. He has been in the practice of law for 10 years now. He obtained his LLB from the University of San Carlos College of Law. His pre-law degree is AB English (literature and linguistics) with a second major in Education, which he both obtained from Cebu Normal University Main Campus. He obtained his Teacher's License in the year 2005. In the year 2013, while he worked for the Local Government of Bogo City, he took and passed the licensure examination for Real Estate Brokers.

After his 8 years stint in the Government, he is now engaged in the full private practice of his professions as a real estate broker and as a lawyer. He maintains his office in Capitol Site, Cebu City.
